To make your coating an immaculate success, begin by using a suitable brush to paint the masked edges and corners, then use a roller for the rest of the surface. On absorbent substrates, a coat of Plaster primer No. 301 is required before painting.

Painting over older surfaces
If older coats, e.g. on woodchip wallpaper, are to be painted over, first make sure these surfaces will still take up paint. Otherwise, the previous wall coverings must be completely removed, which is for instance the case with old ceiling coats that no longer adhere well.

The Lime-casein wall paint No. 751 is a powder-based white wall coating that is mixed with water as per the package instructions. On absorbent substrates, we recommend to apply the special Casein primer No. 721 first to secure optimal adherence for the wall paint. When the wall paint has been mixed with water it can be toned with the Lime-casein coloured paints No. 770. This product is available in six different colour tones and can also be used for a creative glaze application on the dried wall paint.
